Public Enemy co-founder Flavor Flav was arrested on home battery expenses earlier this month in Las Vegas, Nev. Now his lawyer is talking out in regards to the allegations, vowing that the rapper might be heard.

In keeping with TMZ, an Oct. 5 legal grievance states the 62-year-old is accused of poking a girl within the nostril, throwing her down and grabbing her telephone. It’s unknown if Flav knew the sufferer.

The Henderson Police Division booked Flav, born William Drayton Jr.,and he was charged with misdemeanor battery constituting home violence.

David Chesnoff, Flav’s lawyer, informed TMZ, “In alleged home violence circumstances, there are sometimes 2 sides to the story and we are going to clarify our aspect within the courtroom and never within the media.”
