The touching tributes proceed.
On what would have been Betty White‘s one hundredth birthday, her assistant shared what may very well be one of many final photographs taken of the Hollywood icon.
Taking to Betty’s verified Facebook page on Jan. 17, her assistant Kiersten posted a pic of the comic carrying a shiny inexperienced patterned jacket, paired with white pants, as she sat in a floral-print chair.
“On this big day, I wished to share this photograph of Betty,” Kiersten wrote. “She was radiant and delightful and as glad as ever. Because of all of you who’re doing type issues right this moment and on daily basis to make the world a greater place.”
The assistant stated the snap of Betty was taken on Dec. 20 and she or he believes it is likely one of the closing photographs ever taken of her.
The Golden Women star died at her Los Angeles home at age 99 on Dec. 31, just a bit over two weeks earlier than what would have been her milestone birthday.
